How I like to work

Below is a description of ways I like to work and tools I like to use.

Product management

My goal as a product manager is to create a shared understanding of the vision and the steps we need to take to get there. I value iterative development where we start with the most important features first. I am inspired by many talented product managers, among others, Melissa Perri on product management and Yara Paoli on growth.

Leading teams

Psychological safety is known to be the most important factor for a team to be sucessful (resource: Project Aristotle). I use tools such as team canvas workshops and retrospectives to ensure that everyone can share their thoughts and ideas.

Workshops

No problem is too difficult to solve in a team workshop! I plan and execute workshops tailored for any team or problem. Some tools and resources I use: Hyper Island and Agile Retrospectives - Making good teams great.

User testing and rapid prototyping

Test more and test often! The users of your product are the reason why you are here. So why not start to talk to them today? The Design Sprint process developed in Google gives some useful tips on user testing and fast prototyping.
